EACH BOOKING ALLOWS ONE VISIT ONLY
Merseyside residents are allowed to deliver their own household waste in a van a maximum of 12 times a year. Only waste originating from the householder’s own home will be accepted. Disposal of non-household, commercial waste is not permitted and any person doing so may be in breach of legislation and liable to prosecution. Site staff may question visitors as to the origin of their waste, and have the right to refuse access and disposal of waste if they have reasons to suspect it may be from a commercial activity. Documentation for any hired vehicle must be shown to site staff on arrival. Booking is made on the basis of acceptance of the above terms
Merseyside Recycling and Waste Authority will collect certain types of personal data as part of its delivery of the Household Waste Recycling Centre Booking System. The Authority collects and retains a wide range of personal data from the general public in order to administer its operational systems and as part of the organisation’s statutory duties as a Waste Disposal Authority.
I confirm this booking is for disposal of my own household waste and not waste from a commercial or trade activity. I understand that if I hire a van I must bring the hire documentation to site when I make my visit.
